Terms of Service

THLA Translation provides professional document translation, interpreting, certified translation, proofreading, transcription, and voiceover services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed in writing (e.g. quote or order confirmation) before work begins.

Quotes are valid for the period stated and may vary based on final scope. Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is received where applicable.

We treat all client materials and communications as confidential. We aim to deliver accurate, timely translations in line with our code of ethics. Client feedback and agreed revisions will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

You retain ownership of your source materials. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered translation for the purposes agreed. We may retain copies for our records and quality assurance in accordance with our privacy policy.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Certified translations are provided in good faith; ultimate acceptance by third parties (e.g. authorities) is your responsibility.
